چکیده
whit the extension of nanotechnology and materials engeneering, various nanoparticles are produced that have new characteristics but the toxic effects of them is still unknown in most of materials. nowadays metal oxide nanoparticales are widely used in indusery and other fields. this study was conducted goldfish with the average weigh of 3±0.5 gr and owerag length of 7±0.5 cm nd four cares of zinc nanooxide (0, 5, 20, 50 mg/lit) was done on them repeated for three times for 14 days. the sampling on the fish of each repeat was done on days 1, 3, 7 and 14. the results of gill analysis showed mucos, loss secendary lamella, la,ellar fusion, epithelial lifting, hyperplasi, aneurism and degeneration of secondary lamella. the overall result of this study showed that increasing the amount of nano-zinc oxide and duration of exposure also increases the amount of damage.

Assessment of Mercury Bioaccumulation in Zebra Cichlid (Cichlasoma Nigrofasciatum) Exposed to Sublethal Concentrations of Permethrin
Background: Aquatic ecosystems are frequently subjected to contamination by toxic heavy metals and pesticides, yet very little is known about the influence of pesticides on bioaccumulation of heavy metals in aquatic organisms. Mercury is a toxic metal with no known biological benefit to organisms. Bioavailability of mercury in aquatic environments depends on biological and non-biological parame...

Aquatic ecosystems in areas with intense mining activity are often subject to cyanide contamination; the present study was aimed to evaluate the harmful effects of sodium cyanide on histoarchitechtural aspect of spleen of freshwater fish Cyprinus carpio using an in vivo approach. The fishes were exposed to a sublethal concentration of 0.2 mg/L of sodium cyanide for duration of 10 and 20 days an...

Histopathological changes of gill, liver and kidney in Caspian kutum exposed to Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate
The histopathological effects of Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate on the gill, liver and kidney tissues of the Caspian kutum, Rutilus frisii kutum were studied. The fish were exposed to three sublethal concentrations of anionic detergent, Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate (LAS) for short term intervals (192 h). Gill, liver and kidney samples were collected after 192 h of exposure to LAS and lesions we...
متن کاملHistopathological response of hepatopancreas and gill in Metopograpsus messor crab exposed to cadmium pollutants
In recent years, monitoring the amount of pollutants in aquatic ecosystems by quantity measures in water, sediment and fish tissue has shifted to the quality measures of pollutant effects on aquatic animals and assessment of aquatic animal health and, ultimately, the ecosystem. This research performed on three replicates has examined the histopathological response of hepatopancreas and gill in ...
